What are your office hours?
We are open Monday - Thursday, 9am to 5pm.  In addition, Danny Adams is available to all of our clients 24/7 by cell phone

Do I need to have a house plan before I contact you?
No.  In fact, our Design-Build Program can help you determine the best house plan for your needs and goals.  We help you identify your priorities and develop the house plan to meet your goals, plus you can "tweak" the plans to suit your needs during the build process

Does Daniel Adams Construction offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a one-year warranty, and also another warranty through Bonded Builders Warranty Group which is a 10-yr Structural + 1-year workmanship & materials/2-year systems warranty.

Do you have client references?
Yes! Many clients have volunteered to talk with anyone wanting to know more about their experience with Daniel Adams Construction. We will connect you with them!  You can also review recent testimonials.

What areas do you build in?
We build custom homes throughout Moore County and the surrounding areas.

Is there an advantage in selecting a local builder/contractor?
When you choose a local contractor, you are choosing someone that knows the area. This helps with every step of the building process, from the permitting procedures to knowing the correct sub-contractors and vendors to use. A local contractor is also available to check on your new construction daily.

How long does it take to build a new home?
Building a new home can take from 6 months to a year. It all depends on the size, style and finishes needed in your new home.
